BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Amari Young

Amari serves as Business Operations Manager at Research Narrative. She has a knack and enthusiasm for streamlining processes, but her passion is people, maintaining respect in the organization, and ensuring everyone has a seat at the table.

Her daily commitment is providing opportunity for all team members to bring their diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to the meaningful work we do; and Amari believes a cornerstone of that commitment is supporting others’ learning and development. Her aim is to create an enriching environment that aids others in reaching their full potential—in their current work, in their future roles, and in life.



PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

+ Amari previously served as executive business partner and estate manager for a celebrity entrepreneur (who cannot be named), as well as for numerous estates, both domestic and international.

+ Amari’s previous areas of responsibility are wide-ranging—relocation initiatives, luxury travel, specialized and exclusive events, large household staffing, etc. She adapted and applied her core skills wherever they were required.

+ Amari brings a wealth of experience in working with high profile clients and teams, committed to largescale projects, each with unique needs, and on tight deadlines.



EDUCATION & OTHER FUN STUFF

Amari earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Capella University—where she graduated with perfect marks and as a presidential scholar.

In her free time, she loves to travel, volunteer, and spend time with friends and family.

Amari is passionate about giving back and is committed to the idea that even the smallest things can make the biggest impact. She loves creating opportunities, seeing others happy, and finding ways to give back to the community that so meaningfully supported and encouraged her.
